Mr. Bharat Pagi is the founder & Principal IPR consultant at Uddipak. He is an IP enthusiast, who focuses on enhancing business value by means of IPR.
He has done a Master in Pharmaceutical Science and Technology (M. Pharm) from L.M. College of Pharmacy, Ahmedabad. He has around 13 years of Industry experience in IPR. He has worked with big corporates, which includes Intas / Accord Pharmaceuticals which is a top 10 pharmaceutical company in India, and Troikaa Pharmaceutical which is a leading innovation driven company in India.
He has diversified experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry in the areas of Intellectual Property Rights Management encompassing patent infringement analysis, Product selection, patent portfolio, competitive intelligence & IP mapping, IPR practice establishment, drafting, filing, risk management (IP risks), litigation and opposition strategy development in the field of IPR.

He is a seasoned professional having more than 12 years of experience in the field of Intellectual Property Management.
He has worked at Intas / Accord Pharmaceuticals for around 10.5 years.
Before starting the Uddipak Consultancy, He was heading the IPR team at Troikaa Pharmaceuticals.
